Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limiting work that requires access inside customer
homes and businesses. We are no longer doing physical turn offs but are reading your meter using an automated
process. This will allow us to end your service without needing to enter your home. If you require a physical turn off for reasons such as
rehab or construction, please call our care center at 866-556-6001.
