If you are concerned that you could overlook paying your energy bill because of illness, financial hardship or other issues, third-party notification can help.
With third-party notification, you can name a third party, such as a relative, friend, or clergy member, to be notified if your account becomes past due. That party will be able to contact us and act on your behalf to help avoid service disconnection, though they are not obligated to pay your bill.
