What you need to register
- Account number
The 15 digits located on your monthly energy bill.
- Customer name
Exactly as it appears on your monthly energy bill.
- Last 4 digits of your social security number
For your security, the last four digits of your social security number must match those in our system to gain full access to our site. If they do not match, or we don't have your number on file, you will receive a letter through the U.S. mail with an activation code to obtain full access.
