LIHEAP assists customers with paying outstanding bills, reconnecting their service and keeping their home's energy on — even when they're struggling financially.
Funded by the state and federal government, LIHEAP provides an annual grant to individuals who are living at 150 percent below the poverty level.
Eligibility for LIHEAP is based on your household size (number of members) and income:
