The Matching Gifts Program is designed to encourage our employees to actively support nonprofit organizations within our communities.
Peoples Gas will match $1 for each $1 of eligible employee contributions. The minimum employee contribution to any one organization that will be matched is $50. The maximum match per employee or retiree per fiscal year ending December 31 is $2,500.
Donations to organizations in the categories below may be eligible for matching funds. Organizations must operate in areas where Peoples Gas employees work or live and must be tax-exempt under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
